How to Register with TÖMER?
1. First, go to the TÖMER Application page. Click to enter.
2. In the upper left corner of the page that opens, there are two different language options. These language options are “English, Turkish.”
3. When our home page opens, if you have previously registered, you can click on “log in”; if you have not registered, you can click on the “register” option to create a new account. If you have not previously created an account in the system, you cannot log in to the system with your personal email and password. You must also register separately with the TÖMER system.
4. After clicking on the “Register” option, a page will appear asking for your basic information as a “new user.” Enter your “first name,” “last name,” or “family name” in order. You can register with the system using either your ID number or your passport number.
5. Enter your mother's and father's names. Enter your date of birth. Select your gender and proceed to the next step.
6. At this stage, it is important for us that you enter your contact information correctly. If you have an address where you reside in Turkey, enter it correctly and completely in the “address” section.
7. If you do not have an address, leave it blank and enter the email address you want to use to log in in the “email” section. It is important that the email address you enter is correct so that you can log in later.
8. If you have a Turkish phone number starting with “+90,” press the ‘phone’ option in the section labeled “Phone” to enter that number. If you have a phone number that we can only contact you on via WhatsApp, If you want to enter your phone number with your own area code, press the “WhatsApp phone number” option.
9. In the “city” section, you can write the city where you currently reside (such as Kütahya) and for “country,” you must select the country where you currently reside (Turkey).
10. After these steps, you can click the “I have read and agree to the consent form” box, check it after clicking on the link below to read it, and then click the “I have read and agree to the KVKK text” box, check it after clicking on the link below to read it, and then click the save button. If there are no issues with your information, you will see the “Registration created” notification.
11. After this step, your login details will be sent to the email address you entered during registration. In the email from DPÜ TÖMER, you will find the “username” (i.e., the email address you used during registration) and “password” (i.e., the password) provided to you. Please remember to save this username and password as you will need them to log in.
12. When you return to our homepage later, please log in using this password and username.
